BSTN Delivers Software with Advanced Intelligent Integrated Automation

An effort of incalculable scope has placed the software engineers of Wibsoft and the behavior analysts of BSTN together to produce an innovative human services software "The Portal".  The Portal allows the completion and synchronization of critical service tasks using web based software.  Now regular staff and key agency supervisors  can produce and monitor multiple records,  in multiple locations simultaneously .   The system allows information sharing with an efficiency never seen before in the field of residential services. In seconds clinicians  can complete complex root analyses for medication variances, and high risk incidents.

 This fast access of information aids us in immediately responding to and mitigating patient crises efficiently and effectively.  This is a dream come true that really takes service delivery into the "21st  Century."

"Friend United in Networking" (F.U.N.) & Shelby Farms Volunteer Project

BSTN and Shelby Farms began working together in March of 2009.  The goal was to have BSTN individuals serve as volunteers for events on park grounds.  The volunteer agreement spun into something much bigger than expected.  BSTN is now in partnership with Shelby Farms, assisting with BSTN's F.U.N Activities.  These activities consist of providing visitors with information on park activities, conservatory efforts to maintain and prosper with their yearly "Master Plan", public announcements on changes in the park and assisting in fund raisers with different associations affiliated with Shelby Farms.  Our individuals work are placed in kiosks through out the park grounds.  Shelby Farms has embraced our individuals, supplying them with an experi

BSTN has developed its own customized electronic record system, which it constantly monitors for targeted adaptations to improve staff documentation and management’s ability to effectively manage and ensure on-going quality improvement.  Home staff persons, as well as the behavior analysts in the homes were well-versed in the electronic record system and could readily retrieve documents and explain special features of the system.
